Requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Signed ad-hoc, not notarized by Apple: the disk image opens normally; on the app's first launch open System Settings › Privacy & Security and choose “Open Anyway”.

Smaller fixes after the first scans of a whole disk.

The uninstaller shows each application's own icon.
The inspector button appears only in Explorer and Suggestions, where there is an inspector to open.
Online-only cloud folders (iCloud Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox…) are left closed instead of making the service download their contents list; Diagnostics lists them as online-only.
Diagnostics explains that, with Full Disk Access on, the folders still refused are kept by macOS for its own services.

Scan the whole Mac.

Macintosh HD is scanned in full. macOS joins the startup disk's read-only system volume and its data volume with firmlinks — /Users, /Applications, /Library and a few more. OriginLens used to stop at them and measured only the system's 13 GB; it now follows them, counts the data volume once, and still stays out of external disks, disk images and the volumes macOS keeps for itself.
Volumes that are not entered are listed as such, not as folders that “disappeared during the scan”. After a scan of the whole disk, the Overview says how much of the used space was not measured, and why.
A new first screen: your home folder or the whole Mac, how full the disk is, whether Full Disk Access is on, and the button that opens the right page of System Settings.
Full Disk Access is checked again when you come back from System Settings.
The disk image opens without a warning; only the app needs Open Anyway, once.

Shorter to read, same safety. Every screen where you decide something shows the decision first and keeps the reasoning one click away.

The inspector leads with the safety label, the size, one sentence about what the item is, what actually happens if you remove it, and Add to Review. Reasoning, sources, path and figures are under Why? and Show details.
Protected items show the reason they are protected — no confidence or risk percentages for a decision that is not being made.
Three observations are shown; Show all reveals the rest.
Suggestions and Cleanup Review rows show the item, its size and its safety label, plus a warning only when it changes what you should do.
The uninstaller shows one line per item, with a badge that separates an exact identifier match from a match on the name only.
Onboarding puts the scan button first; plainer words throughout.
Fixed: opening History after a cleanup could close the app.

Uninstall an app together with what it left behind.

New Uninstall section: the app plus the data it left in your Library — caches, application support, containers, settings, saved window state, web data, cookies, logs and login items — each with its size, what that folder holds, how it was matched and the usual safety level and explanation.
Matching is literal: the name has to be the app's bundle identifier, carry it (shared containers), or be the app's name. No substring or prefix guessing, and a match on the name alone is labelled an inference and never preselected.
A deliberately narrow search: a fixed list of Library folders and the app bundle itself. Documents, Desktop and the rest of your home folder are out of scope.
Protected items are listed under “Found, but kept”, with the reason, instead of being hidden.
Settings and the application itself are high risk and need an individual confirmation; only clearly regenerable data is preselected.
An app that is running is refused until you quit it, and macOS's own applications are refused outright.
Nothing is removed from the Uninstall screen: the selection goes to the usual cleanup review — dry run, explicit confirmation, a move to the Trash, a journal and Put Back.
